Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the practice is currently operating a telephone triage system only for GP appointments. For all other appointments please contact the surgery as normal.
If you require medical advice please phone reception any morning Monday-Friday from 8.30am to log a request for a GP call back. The receptionist will ask a few questions with regards to the reason for your call and also for a contact phone number. This will allow the GPs to assess the urgency of each call and to contact those patients who need urgent treatment first.
Please be patient when contacting the surgery by telephone. We continue to handle a large number of calls and will endeavor to answer your call as soon as possible.
At this time it is not possible to book a call back using the on-line system.
Your appointment at the Practice
- Appointments can be made by telephone, on-line or in person at the surgery.
- Please make one appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen
- We try to keep to time but please be patient if someone before you takes longer than planned
- Appointments are ten minute slots.
- It is Practice policy to allow patients to choose whichever doctor they wish to attend in the Practice (however this may not always be possible during periods of annual leave or illness).

Monday to Friday 9:00am to11:00am & 2:30pm to 4:50pm
Treatment Room
The Treatment Room offers an appointment only access Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 11:00am and 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
Please contact reception to book an appointment for the Treatment Room for dressings, suture removal, treatment of minor injuries, blood and urine testing and regular injections.
Please help us
If you are not able to attend your appointment please let us know in time so that the time can be used for someone else. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you will be asked to re-book.
Urgent appointments
Urgent appointments can be arranged by phoning the practice. The receptionist will take some details and pass all the urgent information to the duty doctor.
Results
The Nurse is available for results Monday – Friday 2pm to 2.30pm.
Medical Examinations
These can be arranged for insurance, driving, pre-employment etc, and are by appointment only. There is normally a fee payable for these services. Please contact reception for further information.
